Ready Set Grow Business Planning Workshop

FreeIs 2016 the year for your business to get set and GROW?
Hills Shire Council has partnered with Rapport Leadership International to present a series of half day workshops to empower you to grow your business to the next level. The workshops will show you how to develop a business plan to increase both the revenue and profitability of your business. Experienced business mentors will help you identify the right strategies to get the results you want from your business.
We will also discuss how the Industry Skills Fund (ISF), a government initiative to assist SME businesses in Australia to position themselves for growth opportunities and have up to 75% of your investment in training or coaching reimbursed by the fund. The application process is quick and easy with most funding applications being turned around in under 30 days. Eligible businesses need to be non-tax-exempt, have a demonstrated trading history (3 years min), have an ABN and be registered for GST.
To help business owners to write their business plans and apply for funding, we will be running a workshop titled, “Ready, Set, GROW”.
The workshop will be facilitated by Jeremy Carter, CEO of Rapport Leadership International. Jeremy show you how to develop your business plan and how to put together the right information to make your ISF funding application a breeze. Document templates will be supplied, you just need to bring your laptop computer with Microsoft Office so you can fill in the blanks on the day.
The workshop will assist you to develop a business plan grow your business and to apply for ISF funding for training and development.
